Last night I had every intention of posting but fell asleep too quickly. I have heard that it takes 21 say to make or break habbits and it has now been 21 days and I am far too tired to think of what new habits I have made. For 2 days now I have been hungry and maybe the 1200 calories a day is far to less for my body to eat at this time and it is taking its toll on me. So since I am working out for multiple hours a day and buring a lot of calories, I am going to up my calories to 1500.
Last night I did 2 hours of hiphop abs, organized some of my basement, and then fell right asleep.
