Homemade Soup and Zumba

Today I went to church but somehow completely forgot it was fast Sunday! So I ate breakfast....oops.

Here is the food that I had today-

Breakfast:
1 Carnation Breakfast Essentials Package = 60 Calories
1 Cup Milk = 130 Calories

Lunch:
1 Cup Apple Juice = 120 Calories
1/2 Egg Salad Sandwich = 172 Calories

Dinner:
1 Cup Apple Juice = 120 Calories
1/2 Cup Homemade Hamburger Soup = 372 Calories
1 Homemade Biscuit = 180 Calories


I also did my 30 minutes of hip hop abs.

I got a Zumba Fitness game thing I am going to try right now so we will see how long I can do that for tonight!!!
