Today was just a normal day for me so this post will be short and sweet.
Food I ate today-
Breakfast:

1 Cup Milk = 130 Calories
Lunch:
1 Hard Boiled Egg =77 Calories
2 Pieces Deer Jerky = 80 Calories
1 Package Fruit Snack = 90 Calories
16 Oz Mountain Blast Powerade = 100 Calories
Dinner:
1 Wendys Jr Hamburger = 220 Calories
1 Cup Apple Juice = 120 Calories
Calories for the day = 877
I know I was a little low on calories today but I was not hungry. I did my 30 minutes of hip hop abs today and that was pretty much my day.
